Assist the finance and controlling departments with the implementation of a new business operating model for corporate customers, with outsourcing from Belgium to Ireland, including the implementation of a new system and data migration.
Budgeting and reforecasting
Assist the Finance department two consecutive years in drawing up the group year budget and quarterly reforecast Q3. During the assignment, the financial crisis peaked and the urgent sale to the Belgian state had to be supported.
