Tasks and Responsibilities

Define the programme roadmap and governance
Define the projects: timetable, budget, scope, quality, governance…
Act as single point of contact
Manage issues, risks and interdependencies
Organise resourcing and procurement
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
Manage from requirements definition over specifications to user acceptance, go-live and after care
Coordinate people change management activities (update of processes and work instructions)
Report to Project Board and Steering Committee

Profile

Experienced project/programme manager familiar with relevant methodologies
Very good knowledge of the Finance function (Accounting, Consolidation, Internal and External Reporting, Controlling)
Experience with transforming the Finance function into a real strategic/business partner
Experience with auditing of Financial Services is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Master Degree

Language Requirements

English: very good – writing and speaking
Dutch and/or French: very good – writing and speaking
