Tasks and Responsibilities

Define and manage the overall project plan: timetable, budget, scope and quality
Manage issues, risks and interdependencies
Liaise with interdependent projects and initiatives
Organise resourcing and procurement
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
Report to Project Board and Steering Committee
Capture and investigate new trends relevant to the ecosystem
Investigate future customer needs and expectations
Launch ideas for the further development of the ecosystem’s business model
Define the roadmap and product backlog of the ecosystem
Coordinate internal and external communication

Profile

Product knowledge of typical retail banking and insurance products
Experience with open banking opportunities
Experience with commercial strategy setting and business development
Experience with banking and insurance operations
Experience with customer-focused value propositions
Experience with business case and business model development
Strong at managing multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and communication skills
Master Degree

Language Requirements

English: very good – writing and speaking
Dutch and/or French: very good – writing and speaking
