Implementation of EXIMIUS (a multichannel, multi-entity, multi-device software platform that automates and brings unprecedented efficiency to wealth managers’ day-to-day tasks, such as portfolio analysis, risk and regulatory compliance, client reporting, order management and rebalancing, alerting, monitoring, performance measurement, and attribution. The solution is designed to manage the entire client life cycle, from prospecting through onboarding, to ongoing service delivery like suitability reviews and other periodic and ad-hoc events, including also advisor desk to improve advisory productivity with a 360 client view), part of the Objectway WealthTech suite. The implementation was part of a large Digital Transformation Programme with significant changes to the organization, operations model, governance, and system landscape. Our focus was on reporting, order execution, standing data, customer relationship management, accounting and custody.
